The Hospitality Committee duties are minimal.  Persons selected should arrive at the meeting place around 4:45 PM on the day of the Planning Meeting to assist the 2007 Hospitality Chairperson(s) with setting up for the dinner, receiving food for our Potluck Dinners, placing the food on the serving tables and removing the food at the end of the meal.   There are only five meetings where your services will be needed since the December meeting is normally offsite.  You will be assigned to just one meeting, and if you are unable to assist at that meeting, please trade with someone else on the list.

The Greeting / Sign-up Committee duties are minimal.  Persons selected should arrive at the meeting place around 5:15 PM on the day of the Planning Meeting.  The duty is to see that every couple or individual has a table number, and assist the Destination Coordinators in signing up those who wish to go on the cruises being planned at that meeting.  You will be assigned just one meeting, and if you are unable to assist at that meeting, please trade with someone else on the list.
